CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Operative whose main duties will be dealing with day to day operations, data entry, analysis, handling engineer enquiries and booking installation appointments directly with customers.

The role involves the use of a web-based CRM system in which training is provided as well as Microsoft Office software.

Good geographical knowledge is also required as planning and booking installation appointments will require an appreciation for engineer locations. Training will also be provided in using our GPS tracking system.

The role requires a large amount of time on the telephone, therefore we expect candidates to have good communication skills and a polite and courteous telephone manner. Excellent organisational skills and decision making abilities are also needed for this role.

Other duties include:

  • Monitoring engineers

  • Allocating faults

  • Arranging installations needing specialist equipment.

  • Fleet management

  • Engineer holiday and sickness

  • Analysing engineer performance

  • Complaint Handling

  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure all requests are met and the best customer experience is provided.

The hours for the role are 9 hours between the hours of 8am – 8pm with occasional Saturdays covering 9am – 5 pm.
